Legitary is a Viennese start-up, founded in 2019, that has developed a patented AI-powered soft audit technology that rapidly checks your royalty statements and analyzes your streaming revenue across DSPs, countries, artists and tracks and automatically detects any royalty irregularities like missing payments or reporting issues. Irregularities like these now can’t hide safely in the shadows of data clouds anymore and the numbers on your royalty statements don’t need to be trusted blindly anymore either.
In order to make sure that you get a more transparent look at your numbers, Legitary has developed the Health Check; a service that looks closely at the sales data and stream counts of your music releases and scans them via AI engine for any incorrect or suspicious activities. Compared to the conventional method of hiring an expensive auditing company to do research for you, the patented “soft-audit” technology in the heart of the Health Check gives artists, labels or everyone involved in the music business access to an affordable and more accurate way to make sure that they aren’t fooled by anyone.

Legitary offers to check your music catalogue for any anomalies: unexplainable dips in streaming numbers, missing payments, incorrect royalty statements and more.
From the generated data they can then calculate a data quality score which gives you information on the quality of your streaming statements compared to the data they have gathered from the already over 400 billion streams they have analyzed across streaming platforms.
Request a Health Check in your MES
In your MES you can now find a function that lets you send your streaming data to Legitary. The so-called Legitary Health Check will get the process started for you to find out if everything with your music catalog is in order and if the data is correct – either from your end or from anyone that is involved with your music, e.g. your label, your publisher, your distributor, the DSPs, etc.
The use is very simple: Open the Health Check in the Accounting tab and follow along with the wizard.
There are some requirements that your music catalog must fulfill before you can send a Health Check request to Legitary.
You will need to have a catalog
- with history of at least 24 months
- that is distributed to at least three DSPs
- consisting of at least 20 ISRCs
- that reached at least 5000 streams for 24 months per ISRC/DSP/ territory.
Subsequently, you just need to fill in some personal data so that Legitary can contact you.
Price List
We from Rebeat Digital integrated the Health Check in the MES so you can easily check your catalog with Legitary’s service. Once you requested a Health Check, Legitary will take over and analyze your streaming data.
Please note that requesting a Health Check from Legitary is subject to a charge. Legitary will receive your data and will get back to you with an offer according to your catalog.
