What you can do now ⚙️
With the new web version of the MES you can

- perform takedowns
- view your daily sales for up to 30 days
- manage your contributors
All without installing any software.
Uploading has never been easier. You can start a release wherever you are and continue your workflow across devices. The familiar MES quality remains, only the handling has become smoother.
Your Tools at a Glance
Here’s a quick breakdown of all the sections in MES Web:
Homepage: After logging in, you’ll find all the Quick Steps to start uploading your music, access your analytics, or use other useful tools. In the future, this is also where you’ll find all MES Web updates and new features.
Release Editor: Access the Release Editor via the Homepage or the yellow plus icon. Here you can edit your release and add all the data and elements required for distribution to music services.
Dashboard: The Dashboard shows your latest payouts and daily sales.
Contributors: Add new contributors or manage existing ones. Each contributor can be assigned a specific role and an Artist ID.
Releases – Tickets: If our Quality Management has detected errors in your upload, you’ll find an overview of your open tickets here. Click on a release to see the reason and edit it directly.
Releases – In Progress: View all releases that are still being created. Click on a release to return directly to the Release Editor and continue where you left off.
Releases – Under Review: See all releases you’ve submitted to us that are currently being reviewed by our Quality Management team.
Releases – Online: Get an overview of all your released music. Click the pencil icon to update metadata directly. Click the three dots for additional options, such as duplicating a release, creating smartlinks, or accessing the Artistcamp.
Releases – Takedowns: This section lists all releases that were once online but have now been removed from all services.
Upload List: After creating a release, you’ll find it in the Upload List, from where you can send it to all music services.
What the future holds 🚀
Please note that we are launching the MES web version in Beta and that it currently includes only the core functions. Advanced features such as full analytics, label accounting, YouTube tools, smartlinks, data exports and other professional tools remain available in the software version for now.
Development of the web version continues and more MES tools will follow soon.
