Who can use REBEAT Digital’s worldwide distribution?

Membership of a royalties society (e.g. AUME, GEMA, PPL) is not necessary but is, however, recommended (see FAQs).

What genres does REBEAT Digital accept?

Any kind of music or audio book can be uploaded - be it pop, rock, heavy metal, classical, electronic or children’s stories – anything goes!

What rights need to be observed?

The most important question before uploading anything is: “Do I have the digital distribution rights to this track which I am releasing?” If the answer is no, then you are not allowed to upload the tracks, as this is illegal and could lead to legal proceedings.

• 550 MHz+
• 256 MB available RAM
• 30 MB available hard disk space and the additional file size of your songs in wav format
• High Speed Internet (ISDN, DSL, cable modem or faster connections)

MAC

• Apple Mac OS X 10.5 - 10.7
  (for working with OS X 10.7 please take a look to the workaround)
• Intel-based Macintosh computer (no PowerPC!)
• 256 MB available RAM
• 30 MB available hard disk space and the additional file size of your songs in wav format
• High Speed Internet (ISDN, DSL, cable modem or faster connections)

• Credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Diners Club, American Express, JCB)
  REBEAT Digital will require your credit card details, as all upload fees (EUR 1,- per song) are automatically paid for with your nominated card. For more information please visit the section entitled Why is it necessary to have a credit card? on our FAQ page.
  
  
• Bank account details of a EU or SEPA country, PayPal or Skrill (Moneybookers) account so that your digital sales profits can be transferred to you.
  
  If you use PayPal: in some countries it is only possible to send money with PayPal, but not receive it! Therefore it is not possible to transfer the revenues of your digital sales within these countries. For further information please visit PayPal's country list .
  
  
• Identification
  A copy of your ID card or passport. For companies who wish to register, a copy of the relevant section of the trade register.
